Waitlist Information

For approved users, we collect encrypted login credentials. Sensitive data is protected using encryption, access controls, and other security measures.

Algorithm Data

Once granted access, we collect and process data from your quantitative algorithms, including performance metrics, execution data, and risk parameters, to provide monitoring services.

Usage Analytics

With your Analytics consent, we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. Clarity is limited to selected public, unauthenticated pages and provides behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay. We intentionally do not enable Clarity on authenticated trading, account, billing, payment, or administration pages, and we do not intentionally send trading data, account IDs, credentials, payment data, license keys, or email addresses to Clarity. Microsoft processes information in accordance with the Microsoft Privacy Statement. If the Google Analytics browser tag cannot load, a minimal first-party analytics endpoint may forward page-view events to Google Analytics without those sensitive data categories.
